My Client based in London are looking for a Programme Change Manager with very specific experience, All applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in Managing Buildings Sub Contractors, Designing Floor space and agreeing Contractor requirements, Managing day to day performance of contractors on site, Co-Ordinates IT fixtures and fittings in line with critical path of projects, Ensure availability of part of the working environment. Leads client teams of upto 20 people +, Must have solid experience with LIFT & DROP In a financial services operational environment, must have delivered 5 plus moves of significant complexity on time and within budget, New contract and Sub contract performance management.
